  • Analyzed the human resources activity and the effect of the total costs for the production and delivery departments;

  • Directly coordinated 30 workers in the tobacco company;

  • Administrated the raw-materials and production stocks, determined and coordinated the schedule, structure and quantities for the cigarettes production flux;

  • Maintained the computers network and the data transfer between the Romanian and the Greek offices;

  • Initiated legal procedures asked by the Romanian economical law for new businesses in the tobacco domain

  • Regional representative for the TVR Marketing Department in the implementation of the rebranding strategy;

  • Analyzed the demand tendency for the Internet market for the regional area;

  • As a member of the sales department, I activated in public relations and promotion activities for various internet services (i.e. internet marketing, web design, new prices provided);
